All bookings must be secured with a valid debit or credit card. A deposit may be required at the time of reservation. Prices may vary during peak periods, holidays, or special events.
Check-in from 3:00 pm; check-out by 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and is charged at £30 per hour. Unauthorised late check-out after 1:00 pm may incur a full night’s charge.
Flexible Rate Bookings: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows: Full cost of the stay will be charged. Non-refundable Bookings: Charged in full at the time of booking and non-refundable in all cases. If you stay more than 24 hours or choose to leave earlier than your scheduled departure date, no refund will be given for any unused nights. The hotel reserves the right to re-sell the room in case of early check-out or if the guest leaves the property before the scheduled departure date.
Full payment is due at check-in unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept major debit/credit cards and cash (photo ID required). Pre-authorisation may be processed before arrival.
Room rates cover up to two adults. Children aged 4+ are charged £50 per night including breakfast. Extra beds or guests must be booked and paid for in advance.
For stays exceeding three nights, any absence from the room over 24 hours must be reported to reception. Failure to notify may result in the room being deemed vacated and re-sold by the hotel without refund for unused nights.
Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required. Charges will be applied to the registered card and documented.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors. A £100 cleaning fee applies for violations.
Our room rates are based on a per-room per-night basis. We offer Room only, Bed and Breakfast or Dinner, Bed and Breakfast as indicated at the time of reservation. VAT is included at the current rate. Rates are based on 2 adults sharing a room. Payment is made in Pound sterling.
Pre-paid room rates can be purchased and payment is due at the time of booking and are non-refundable. These are at preferential rates and there is no cancellation available on pre-paid rates.
We do not have family rooms, we have rooms which contain a double / twin bed and upon request can have an occasional bed or cot added. Additional charges are applied at £50 per additional bed and £25 for a cot.
The Hotel will not accept any liability for loss of or damage to property or death or illness of or injury to persons unless caused by the Hotels negligence. Unless the Hotel is liable as referred to you will indemnify the Hotel from and against any and all liability for loss of or damage to property or death or illness of or injury to persons and against any and all claims, costs, demands, proceedings and damages arising there from as a result of the event. You are advised to consider your insurance cover in respect of above. This also applies if you are employing the services of an outside contractor.
Special terms apply. The lead guest is responsible for the group’s conduct and charges.
Goods and services may not be bought or sold on the premises without the Hotel Manager’s prior written consent.
Details of the Hotel may not be used in advertising or other publicity without prior written consent of the Hotel Manager.
If the contract includes you’re employing the services of an outside contractor then you will indemnify the hotel against any loss of or damage to property or death or illness of or injury to persons caused by such contractor and against all claims, costs, demands, proceedings and damages arising there from. Any outside contractor employed by you must report to the duty Manager at the hotel.
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse access to any contractor/ and or guest in appropriate circumstances.
The Hotel Management advises guests using the Hotel for events to take out their own insurance cover.
The Hotel reserves the right to Photograph any part of your event for the purpose of advertising the Hotel or Hotel Facilities and also reserves the right to limit areas of the Hotel which may be used for Photography.
Pets are not permitted unless agreed in writing. Unauthorised pets will incur a £200 cleaning fee.
No alcohol purchased off-site may be consumed in public areas. Bar closes at 11:00 pm unless a private extension is agreed.
The main entrance is locked at midnight. Please notify reception for late return access.
Parts of the hotel may be closed due to events. Pre-booked services will be honoured.
Available at an additional cost via an external provider. The hotel is not liable for faults or overcharging
CCTV operates in public areas for security purposes.
Please familiarise yourself with fire exits and follow instructions during an emergency
Complimentary parking is available at guests’ own risk.
Items left behind are kept for 30 days. Postage fees apply for returns.
We are not liable for events beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, or power failures.
We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our Privacy Policy is available on request.
Weston Manor Hotel is a Grade II listed building with heritage restrictions. There is no lift or air conditioning; some areas have uneven floors, low ceilings, or narrow staircases. Please contact us before booking if you have mobility concerns so we can advise on accessibility.
The hotel is furnished with Mariner fine furniture. Please avoid placing wet items, luggage, or shoes directly on surfaces. Damages will be charged.
