From the moment you book, our team is on hand to make your stay as seamless as possible.

Where available, guests may check in early, and our digital key system allows you to access your room directly from your mobile phone. Throughout your stay, you will also have a dedicated host who can assist with everything from local recommendations and transport advice to any requests you may have during your visit.

Indoor & Outdoor Spaces

Set within 12 acres of beautifully maintained gardens, Weston Manor offers a variety of elegant spaces for meetings, networking events and team-building activities.

From formal board meetings to relaxed outdoor gatherings, the Manor provides a flexible setting for businesses of every size. Guests can unwind in the lounge and bar after a productive day, while six on-site EV charging points offer additional convenience for those travelling by electric vehicle.

The Conference Room

Overlooking the gardens, our Conference Room provides a bright and elegant space for meetings of up to 20 guests around a single boardroom table, or up to 26 with additional seating.

Equipped with modern presentation facilities, it offers everything required for productive meetings in a peaceful countryside setting.

For larger events, the historic Baron’s Hall comfortably accommodates up to 60 guests. Smaller executive meetings can also be hosted in the Minstrels’ Gallery, which overlooks the Baron’s Hall and provides a distinctive setting for more intimate discussions.

Exclusive Hire

For larger corporate events, Weston Manor is available for exclusive hire.

Alongside the Conference Room and Baron's Hall, additional meeting spaces include the Lavender Restaurant, Piano Lounge, Osborn Suite and Bar, allowing multiple breakout sessions to take place throughout the day.

When the working day is done, delegates can step outside into 12 acres of landscaped gardens, offering the perfect setting for team-building activities, networking or simply enjoying the tranquillity of the Oxfordshire countryside.
