Friday evening group flights are available for groups of 8–14 people, with flying typically commencing from 4:00 pm onwards.
Bookings should be made through Richard Markham at rmarkham@oxfordgliding.com. Payment is due at the time of the event and should be made in a single transaction. If flying is cancelled due to operational conditions or weather, no payment will be due.

Weekend voucher flights for individuals can be purchased online via the Oxford Gliding Club website.
Flights are typically available at around 10:00 am and 4:00 pm. Between spring and autumn, bookings are often made 6–8 weeks in advance, so early booking is strongly recommended.
For availability enquiries, please contact bookings@oxfordgliding.com. Payment is taken when the voucher is purchased and is fully refundable should the flight be cancelled by the club.
